What we do.

  • Making an informed decision about aged care is incredibly important. Making a wrong decision can have far-reaching consequences, not only for the client but also their family. And who is best placed to support clients and their families through this difficult time? Financial advisers. So we keep you informed.

  • While support’s an obvious answer, numerous hurdles make it difficult for financial advisers to deliver aged care advice and capitalise on the opportunity presented by an ageing demographic. That’s where we step in – to help you be business ready or to provide an outsourced aged care advice option to help your clients.

  • Aged Care Steps supports advisers (and other professionals) across every aspect of aged care advice, from marketing to technical knowledge to giving you tools and guidance on how to raise aged care as a topic with your clients even if it’s not been mentioned before.

Supporting advice professionals to build the confidence and competence to provide aged care advice.
