Package notes:

• Packages provide access to Aged Care Steps membership services under a licence arrangement. Access to services and use of downloaded materials is only allowed whilst a current subscriber. Use must be discontinued if membership is cancelled.

• Only one log-in is issued per licence.

• Membership packages have an initial 6-month lock-in period. Thereafter a one-month notification of cancellation is required.

• Only the registered user is eligible for any subscriber discounts.

• Larger group discount prices may be individually negotiated.

• Where applicable, technical help hours must be purchased in advance.

• Aged Care Steps reserves the right to accept or refuse applications for membership packages.

1. Registered user must be authorised under a personal advice AFSL and listed on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register (on MoneySmart website).

2. Listed adviser needs to have completed the Aged Care Steps Accredited Aged Care Professional™ workshop.

3. Helpline support is limited to general advice. Aged Care Steps reserves the right to limit the number of hours and charge additional hourly rates.

4. Free registration for registered user and up to two other team members working in same office. Additional registrations are $90 +GST. CPD points are only allocated to the registered attendee if they attend at least 80% of the live webinar. Recordings are available to watch anytime in Business Toolkit, but CPD points are NOT allocated for recordings.
