“I found the course one of the best I have ever done. Danni was able to explain complex topics in a simple way and was able to answer every question off the top of her head - she really knows aged care! I learnt good ideas on how to explain concepts to my clients. I’d recommend this course to everyone who wants to work in this space.

Support at home & community living advice workshop.
Older clients are increasingly prioritising independence, choice, and quality of life - seeking to remain in their own home or move into community-based living options such as granny flat arrangements, retirement villages or land lease communities.
While government subsidies under the new Support at Home framework (commencing 1 November 2025) increase opportunities and affordability, the rules, contributions, and eligibility requirements are complex and evolving. For advisers, this creates both risk and opportunity, through the risk of misinformation and opportunity to deliver highly valued, proactive advice to more effectively engage with clients.
Delivered as an interactive session, this workshop also shows you how to proactively integrate Support at Home conversations into review meetings and advice discussions, helping you deliver more holistic, timely, and valuable advice to your older clients.

Tips for helping clients to navigate NDIS
