Do you offer free trials?

While we don’t offer free trials, this video gives you an overview of the Advice Generator™.  We are happy to provide you with an online demonstration.

How long are your contracts? Can I change plans?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. The minimum initial commitment for all plans is six months. If you’re not sure which plan is right for you, please give us a call on 1300 226 816, and we’ll give you a hand.

Can I pick and choose from all the features?

We have carefully put together our packages to deliver excellent value – you can choose the package that suits your needs and can upgrade or downgrade your membership as your needs change.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept direct debit from credit cards or bank accounts.

What is your refund policy?

As you can access the full suite of resources from your first day of subscription, we don’t offer refunds except as required by law.

Can I share a licence with my colleague?

The Essentials membership package is one licence per office. People who work in that office (by location) can access the tools but only one log-in is provided. Features of the Active membership package are individual to the registered user, so additional users (advisers) will need to purchase an additional licence, although we understand that your paraplanner or support staff may need to log in on your behalf. If you have more than one adviser in your business, talk to use about the best package options.

Why do you have to be an authorised representative under an AFSL to access the Active Membership package?

Access is restricted because this package includes the Advice Generator, which assumes you are providing personal advice to your clients.
