The gold standard.
We give you the tools, not just the theory.
Experts with practical aged care advice experience deliver the program. As a result, it remains the number one way for advisers to get started in aged care advice, with more than 2,500 advisers having attended our popular Accredited Aged Care Professional™ program.
Rather than just focusing on technical knowledge, the Aged Care Steps (ACS) Accredited Aged Care Professional™ program shows HOW to successfully construct and deliver aged care advice using our 9-step framework. It is built around client interactions and the advice process, making it easy to implement into your business.
With a framework for seeing the whole picture, you will have greater clarity on what you’re dealing with to make good decisions and drive better client conversations for both pre & post 1 July 2025 rules.
We share real life experiences to bring the program to life. You will also learn how to create efficiencies in your business and where to go for help when you get stuck (which will happen from time to time).
This program is designed for financial planners, accountants and lawyers who wish to provide advice to clients accessing care services. But it also provides a deeper understanding of aged care for people working in other related fields. It can get you started or refresh and deepen your knowledge.
Note: From 1 January 2024, accreditation is only awarded to financial advisers registered on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR) or completing their Professional Year. But other participants can receive CPD hours and certificate of attendance.
“Danni’s incredible knowledge of the aged care sector was exceptional and the manner in which she explained the complex strategies and broke them down into real life examples that were relatable for the adviser and the client was brilliant.”
Amanda Ragkousis, Viridian Advisory
