If you identify clients with aged care needs that you don't feel confident in answering, we offer a solution. Ask the client if they would like a discussion with a specialist aged care adviser – and refer the client to us.
Through our service we offer:
A simple referral process and a standard of service that ensures a positive client experience
The initial client conversation to determine how we can help is free
A flat fee for strategic advice will be offered to the client
We provide clients with strategic advice that is largely product agnostic
Advice is provided by Aged Care Personal Advice™ under the Aged Care Steps AFSL
You can choose your level of involvement – join in the client meeting or simply pass them onto us. This complements your existing services to clients. Your client remains your client, and our advice is limited to strategic advice on aged care issues.

Aged Care Personal Advice™ (ACPA) is a registered business name, through which Aged Care Steps is able to support financial advisers, accountants and lawyers to give personal advice to clients on aged care matters.
When you can’t give the personal advice, we can. Aged Care Steps holds a personal advice AFSL, and ACPA is authorised under this licence. All advisers, are employed by Aged Care Steps and highly experienced in aged care advice.
ACPA is one just one component of the Aged Care Steps’ service offer to advice professionals – we can connect you to a local expert; we can do it for you through ACPA; we can do it with you through paraplanning; or we can enable you to do it with our membership subscriptions.

When you have a client who needs aged care advice, and you can’t help, refer them to us. We will arrange a time with the client to discuss their needs and how we can help. We then agree the terms of engagement directly with the client.
We run our meetings using zoom. We can meet with just the client or you can be involved in the discussions to help project manage the process for your clients.

We take the worry out of trying to help your clients, as you outsource the advice process to us. This enables you to provide additional value to clients so they get the help they need when they need it.

There is no cost to you or your business to set up a referral arrangement with us.
Our initial conversation with clients is free while we try to understand their advice need and how we can help. We will then offer clients an advice service and agree any fees they will need to pay directly with them before any work commences. This is a fixed dollar fee for the advice service provided.
