Winner of the IFA Training and Education Provider of the Year Award

We are incredibly proud to announce that we are the 2022 winners of the IFA Training and Education Provider of the Year award.

This is the second time we have won this particular award, and this recognition reflects the high calibre of our training programs. We are passionate about aged care advice, and about sharing our knowledge and expertise with others in the industry. Many thanks to the IFA for recognising us as leaders in aged care advice training and education.

Our training and education programs aim to improve the aged care advice excellence of all attendees and we are delighted to have been recognised.

From accreditation to continuing professional development, our programs equip you with technical knowledge, practical skills and the latest in industry changes. Plus you can gain CPD hours and industry recognition.

Accreditation

Join over 2000 advisers and become ‘Aged Care Advice’ accredited or enhance your reputation and become an FPA Aged Care Specialist™. We give you the tools, not just the theory. Rather than just focusing on technical knowledge, the Aged Care Steps Accredited Aged Care Professional™ program shows HOW to successfully construct and deliver aged care advice using our 9-step framework. It is built around client interactions and the advice process, making it easy to implement into your business.

CPD and Workshops

Aged care advice is a rapidly evolving area – so it is important you keep up to date and continue to learn new tips and improve skills. Aged Care Steps regularly runs aged care training, webinars and workshops to help you learn, refresh skills and grow in your personal development. We simplify the complex and provide a practical approach to share new ideas with you.

Our Accreditation Refresh workshop is online and interactive in small groups. It is designed for advisers who have completed the Aged Care Steps (ACS) Accredited Aged Care Professional™ program – bringing you up-to-date and deepening your aged care advice skills.
